Regarding the Transfer of the Title Deed
The title deed transfer process in Turkey, known as Tapu transfer, includes official procedures, required buyer documents, valuation reports, compulsory insurance documents, and various taxes and fees. Fidan Property provides guidance throughout this process to help buyers complete each step smoothly and securely.
Title Deed Transfer Process
During the purchase of real estate in Turkey, the transfer of ownership is completed through the official title deed process. This procedure requires the preparation of buyer documents, property-related reports, municipality documents, and payment of applicable taxes and official fees.
The buyer must provide the required identification documents and, when needed, a valid power of attorney. Some documents may need to be translated and approved according to Turkish legal procedures.
Fidan Property supports buyers by coordinating the required reports and official documents necessary for the Tapu transfer process.
